This is so fun my first blog post!! I am really excited to try the creamy corn enchiladas tonight I am going to put them together in a few minutes. While I was gone Chris was so happy to have yummy meals all ready for him. He had frito stack ups and stroganoff. I thought those would be easy for him to do fast. He loved them both. I need the recipe for the stroganoff, he said it was great, but I didn't get to try it.
Has anyone else tried any of the meals?

I've had the frito stack ups, beef stroganoff, thai wraps and my enchiladas so far. it's been so nice to have quick meals.
